Trovr continually improves product capabilities. Some features are released in phases and may differ by platform, plan, region, or rollout stage.

2. Subscription and Access Policy

Free plan limits apply. Pro Monthly and Pro Lifetime unlock additional features such as expanded AI and export capabilities based on plan entitlements.

3. Payments and Failover Policy

Trovr may route payments through supported Mobile Money gateways. If one gateway fails, the system may use fallback routing to complete payment attempts.

4. Notification Policy

Reminder and budget alerts are configurable by users. Delivery timing can vary due to operating system or network constraints.

5. AI Reliability Policy

AI outputs are assistive and may contain estimation errors. Trovr provides deterministic alternatives when AI systems are unavailable.

6. Support and Issue Resolution Policy

Trovr support reviews service-impacting issues with priority based on severity. We may request account details to verify ownership before making account changes.
